Brett has dedicated most of his 24 years of legal practice to the fields of civil trial law and personal injury matters, having tried over 100 cases.
Brett is an aggressive, yet approachable, negotiator and is often able to reach favorable resolutions at the settlement or arbitration stage. A former prosecuting attorney, Brett is also very comfortable in the courtroom and highly skilled at the presentation of his clients' cases to judge and jury.

When not at trial or helping his clients to win their cases, Brett enjoys reading and hiking with his wife and his three daughters.
